We are seeking a National Service Manager with experience in maintaining a national rental fleet of Temperature Control, Power Generation and Compressed Air products. To be successful and enjoy your work you will; be an active, energetic professional who accepts the 24/7 nature of the Rental industry, have a proven track record in fleet maintenance, management and implementation, have a focus on providing highly quality equipment, systems and outcomes which match the Caterpillar® reputation and performance across all product segments is essential. Previous experience in the rental industry is also advantageous.
The key focus of this position is to ensure that the total maintenance needs of all Power Generation, Temperature Control and Compressed Air hire fleet assets are met to OEM standards in conjunction with our branch network. The individual must have a solid understanding of rental concepts, Cat® equipment and a ‘know how’ attitude.
• Management, Leadership and Supervisor Skills
• Industrial Rental experience
• Previous Fleet Management
• Sound knowledge of customer service
• Relevant Trade Qualifications
The position reports directly to the National Operations Manager and is based at our Adelaide facility. Work related travel will be required, usually on an intrastate basis. An excellent package will be offered for this position, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
