We are seeking to recruit an accomplished, Sales Professional who accepts the 24/7 nature of the rental industry. You should possess a bottom line customer focused mentality, who takes responsibility for achieving the best possible returns from the fleet.
This role is responsible for winning new business and developing existing accounts in the Mining, OGP, Utilities, Facilities Management and Construction sectors throughout the Mt Isa region for our entire rental product range. This job is about hunting down customers, understanding their needs, offering win win solutions, and working hard to win each order. This is not for account managers or order book takers.
The successful applicant will be able to work autonomously and deliver the best quality service to our customers. Interpersonal and communication skills coupled with tenacity, drive, vision, initiative and commitment are mandatory.
We are offering, a market competitive salary package, comprising; base salary, superannuation, performance incentive and a fully maintained motor vehicle to the successful candidate. Business travel will be required, usually on an intrastate basis. This role reports directly to the Manager - North Queensland.
